Choose a point you can see from the right corner of your eyes when you raise them and another that you can see from the left corner of your eyes when you lower them. This is the starting position. Move your eyes upwards to the chosen point in the upper right corner. Your head does not move, only your eyes. Maintain a relaxed posture with your hands on your knees. Breathe normally. Move your eyes downwards to the chosen point in the lower left corner. Your head does not move, only your eyes. Maintain a relaxed posture with your hands on your knees. Breathe normally.
