Sit down in a chair with a relaxed posture. Your hands are on your knees and your head is facing straight ahead. Remove your glasses or contacts. Your eyes are open. This is the starting position. Move your eyes upwards as far as you can. Your head does not move, only your eyes. Maintain a relaxed posture with your hands on your knees. Breathe normally. Move your eyes downwards as far as you can. Your head does not move, only your eyes. Maintain a relaxed posture with your hands on your knees. Breathe normally. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
